Overview : The Agricultural Sales Consultant will represent Fox Cities Builders with a passion for the agricultural industry and build long lasting customer relationships based on integrity, professionalism and commitment to customer success.

Responsibilities:
-Evaluate customer’s needs and build productive long lasting relationships
-Arrange and conduct meetings to evaluate site, building layout, desired outcome and future expansion that will most effectively suit the customer’s project
-Create contractual paperwork in compliance with company procedure and review with customer
-Communicate to the Drafting/Design & Project Management teams the complete and accurate agreement made with the customer
-Develop project bids and proposals; work with subcontractors to develop accurate bids
-Address job changes and change orders with customers
-In support of company initiatives and growth, attend all company sponsored training, meetings, trade shows, and seminars

Qualification:
-Previous Sales Experience (preferred, but not required)
-Agricultural background – 5 years minimum
-Experience in construction – preferred
-Great customer service skills
-Excellent communication skills
-Good analytical and problem solving skills
-Ability to maintain customer organization and confidentiality
-Self-motivated, high energy work ethic and integrity
-Team player, work well with others, represent the company and industry with passion
-Mobile technology skills – calendar organization, email, text, photography
