Meet Phil Ullmer,
Partner/Agricultural Project Manager...

Hello, I’m Phil Ullmer. I’m the third of seven children—all born and raised on a dairy farm in Seymour. On the farm we learned, at a very young age, the value of hard work and that’s also where I developed my passion for agriculture and construction. When I was thirteen I handed in a school assignment that said I wanted to “build buildings for a living.” Shortly after that I started working on a local family farm. Today I’m lucky enough to combine my passions for building and agriculture to give clients a positive and rewarding building experience at Fox Cities Builders.
Sincerely,

Phil Ullmer, Partner

Agricultural Project Process
At our initial meeting we will jointly assess your current situation, needs and the short- and long-term goals of your operation. Each client’s situation is unique and we know it’s important to spend time talking and visiting your property to offer you the best options for your building project.
From here our in-house drafting department will draw up a set of preliminary plans. We will present these plans to you and, based on your input, will make any revisions that are needed. At this time our estimating department will develop a cost estimate and we’ll present you with revised plans and an estimate for your approval.
As a full-service general contractor we handle all coordination and scheduling with subcontractors. (We’ll work with your preferred subcontractors or we can suggest reliable subs that we work with regularly.) We conduct weekly meetings to monitor the established timeline and budget. Finally, we provide expert follow-thru, ensuring that all details are completed and that your new building exceeds your expectations.
And we do all this while you continue day-to-day operations!
